Best French Onion Soup

Delicious and warm, with melt in your mouth cheese!  This French Onion Soup is a Christmas tradition in our house - we serve it as part of our Christmas Eve Menu.  Typically in England, the evenings would be much much cooler than they are in Arizona, but we still make this delicious French Onion Soup and enjoy it just the same!
