Roasted, Honey-Glazed Carrots and Parsnips

You'd better keep an eye on these delicious roasted glazed vegetables - they are going to fly off the table as soon as you serve them up!  We couldn't believe that something so good for you was also so delicious.

We made these in the winter in England - but more so around the Holiday season.  It's one way to prove to your kids that they do, in fact, like vegetables when they're roasted and honey-glazed!
